Villages On The Frontline visits Niger this week to look at how it is dealing with the battle against an advancing desert. Villages such as Limandi have been abandoned to the dunes and represent the classic image of desertification. Despite a major drought, this film shows how some villagers are re-greening their farms and pastures.(Duration: 30 minutes)
